    ¿What did they say?: He sounded very confused at the beginning, then he put me on hold and spoke with a coworker. When he came back, he just reiterated my concern to see that we were on the same page, and then he told me \"got my point.\"
    ¿What do you think of their response to your call?: I do not think my call was taken very seriously, as I am only eighteen and I have sort of a childish voice. I think he may have thought it was a prank call, even though I made my concerns very clear from the beginning. I am happy that I could help out, but I do not think I was taken seriously by the staff at the Chicago embassy.

(I expressed the concerns indicated by greenpeace; the person sounded like he had heard it a hundred times).
