  ¿What did they say?: He sounded very confused at the beginning, then he put me on hold and spoke with a coworker. When he came back, he just reiterated my concern to see that we were on the same page, and then he told me \"got my point.\"

I think he may have thought it was a prank call, even though I made my concerns very clear from the beginning. I am happy that I could help out, but I do not think I was taken seriously by the staff at the Chicago embassy.
