I expressed by desire to go to Argentina in the New Year and that I did not want to see devastation of forests when I got there, but rather the native plant and animal species. He said that he understood.
    I think he listened and was sympathetic. Although, I will say that he was not forthcoming with information about what he was going to do about my call.

    ¿What did they say?: she told me to express my concern by e-mail writing at ambasciata.argentina@hotmail.it, or to call another day. So I\'ll call again tomorrow morning. She immediately understood why I was calling, as if they\'d already got many calls about this issue.

    ¿What did they say?: Consulate in Bonn: She listened to me and then told me to visit the site www.medioambiente.gov.ar because there you can write straight to the government (wonder if it\'ll be read). She said the form is on the left site (I haven\'t found it yet) and she told me that several people phoned her before. (Nice to hear :-))
    Embassy in Berlin: she gave me immediately the e-mail-address when I said I was concerned about the forest. It\'s info@argentinische-botschaft.de
